Join us for an inspired, hands-on virtual cooking session with Beard Award–winning chef, restaurateur and culinary icon Marcus Samuelsson. His approachable seafood recipes will transport us to the Mediterranean, elevating our favorite dishes with bold new flavors.

In this class you’ll explore two dishes: Genova Yellowfin Tuna–Stuffed Piquillo Peppers and Bucatini with Swiss Chard, Preserved Lemon, Chile, and King Oscar Mackerel Royal Fillets. You’ll also have a chance to interact directly with Marcus to discuss culinary techniques and any seafood-related questions you may have.

Genova and King Oscar are synonymous with quality seafood and European tradition and are an excellent addition to your pantry.

 

This event is free. Attendance is limited and the first 65 registrants, will receive a special gift ahead of the broadcast if reserved by September 29.
